Our mission is to create optimal power generation infrastructure projects that address the climate emergency, and to assemble them into investment-grade opportunities for institutional capital.
Decarbonising power generation is no longer a technology problem. It is a development problem. Sites have to be found and secured, permits obtained, offtake agreed, contractors qualified and risk allocated before an institution will look seriously at a project. Each of those steps kills projects that were perfectly sound to begin with.
We do that work. We originate and develop generation projects, fund them through the stages where capital is hardest to find, and structure them so that the institutions who can deploy at scale are able to invest.

Every project we develop is assembled with the assumption that it will be taken apart by someone else's technical and legal advisers. Documentation, contractor selection, resource assessment and offtake are handled to that standard from the first day rather than retrofitted before a raise.
