The technology to decarbonise power generation already exists. What holds projects back is rarely engineering. It is land, permitting, offtake and the structuring work that turns a viable site into something an institution can actually invest in.
That is the gap we work in. We originate and develop generation projects, then package them as investment-grade opportunities for institutional capital, so that good projects reach the balance sheets that can fund them at scale.
We have done this before.
Our leadership team has developed, financed and exited power projects through several market cycles. Between them they have run a division of AREVA covering nuclear, transmission, mining, offshore wind and solar; placed more than $1bn of investment-grade PPAs; and managed sustainable infrastructure programmes worth up to €730m.
Experience of that depth is the difference between a project that stalls at due diligence and one that closes.
